Three new products are launched — the Series 40 family of Desk-Top Instrument Cases, the Series 14 family of Light-Duty 19" Racks, and the top-of-the-line Series 12 System Enclosures. Like the earlier Series 10 and 22 products, the new enclosure systems soon become industry standard and are copied by competitors.
