When VERO Group Plc of UK formed a joint venture with financial & technical collaboration, the company changed its name to Vero President Systems Ltd. Vero Group was bought over in 1988 by Applied Power Inc. group of the U.S., well known as APW. The name Vero President Systems Ltd was changed to APW President Systems Ltd.
